The main thing I find with the Escape is that almost all of the cruise staff activities are held in the atrium which means there is never a seat. I think people arrive early morning and keep saving seats all throughout the day. I have found with the smaller ships with more lounges it is easier to join in the fun.
We took the Glass Bottom Boat excursion thru Norwegian. They made a lady get out of her wheel chair atop the ramp to go to the boat the guy running the excursion told her they were on a schedule (meaning get moving) . This was people in front of us in line, I was not impressed with the way he (Kevin) handled this. When we got back her chair was right at the boat on the dock.
The crew is wonderful Jacky (entertainment), Kivanc (General Manager) what an ambassador for the ship, Danielle (Guest Services), Crystile (solo Hostess), Wilson (waiter in supper club),The boys that helped with the wheel chairs : Leny, Komang, Wilson. You are all wonderful and I forgot to turn my hero cards in
the cabin seemed small compared to other inside cabins on other Norwegian ships (Jewel, Star, Sun, Majesty, Gem) located mid ship. I like that there are only 2 banks of elevators and you either walked to the forward or aft and don't get lost so easily
