The new ship and the ports are the two points that had us booking

The confusion to get onboard was discouraging, but after that, it was great

Perhaps it was because it was the first sailing out of NY. Perhaps it was the crowd. Perhaps it was poor organization. There was no priority boarding when we arrived. We were in line over 3 hours.
