Our cruise is not what we expected, From the start things we were just disappointed. At Check in we were told that there were no Handicap room and that the ship was completely booked. The Rep that treated us was extremely rude and did not care for environment or our needs. After dealing with a very unpleasant staff member, we proceeded to board and hoped to have a good cruise. That was not what happened. Once we got to our room (Which we were told was ready), the room was filthy, tables were messy, Hair clips from previous guest on the curtains, walls and couch were dirty as well. Our Bath tub would just flood But the Bed was made. So, we found our room attendant and let him now of our concerns. Much to our surprise, He let us know that he personally wrote the room up and stated it was not supposed to be given out or was not ready. But he would fix it and do everything he could for us. Which he did and we were very thankful for it but that wasn’t the end of our troubles. Being a Disabled firefighter, and on the heavier side. It was always difficult to find seating and just simply getting around the ship was difficult. Not to mention a lot of the staff never even bothered to help or give directions to where the handicap areas would be. This caused us to look around for a greater time and caused much pain. So, I was not able to enjoy the ship as much as we would have liked. Mid-way through the cruise it seemed to get better. We learned how to navigate the ship and thanks to our room attendant our room was always taken care of. But Unfortunately, the good times did not last. We purchased an excursion through MSC and the Duo Dinner package. The Excursion in Cozumel was slated to be 8 hours. But nowhere in the description did it state that 4 of them would be traveling to the location and that we would only truly have 2 to 3 hours at the park. For the amount of money, we spent, that would have been a very important thing to know. Since sitting in a car for long periods is very Painful to my Back. So least to say that it was a complete waste of money. Back on Board we decided to go to our Dinner, The Pan Asian restaurant and Wine Tasting event were probably the only high points of our Cruise. On our Last sea Day, we went to the Steak house, the Food seemed to taste good but I ended up getting food poisoning afterward and spent most of the remainder or the day in the bathroom sick to my stomach. SO, TO KEEP IT SHORT, THIS CRUISE WAS PRETTY MUCH HORRIBLE. Which is a very sad thing because we loved MSC Cruises before this. One of our most favorite Vacations that we would tell everyone about was on the MSC Divina. We even had Booked Another Cruise on the Divina for January, But after this. I am not sure if we will even be going on that cruise anymore.

Cabin Review

Fantastica Balcony Stateroom

Our Cabin was completely filthy when we got it. But Our attendant did take care of it. The couch was dirty and faded. Not to mention at around 3 to 4 am they would run test on the ship that would turn off the A/C in our cabin and the smell would just become horrid
