Booked with a Group. Ship overall is average. Guest Service at Registration desk is poor, seemed bothered with any questions. Bar, Restraurant, and Fitness personal very good. Food is average. Stops at ports were changed frequently which caused some adjustments to booked tours. Learned to check also on how many ships will be in port at one time as many of the stops were extremely overcrowed. Many of the ship personal had little knowlege of aspects or ammenities of the ship if it was not their department. Internet access is poor and non-existant. Don't even bother paying extra for it. Over $200 charged and little or no connection and down completely most of the time. Ship personal were not caring about the wi-fi. This was very difficult do to communication obligations we had. It is very unfortunate about the cruise experience considering the beautiful ports of call. Will most likely not be back to Norwegian.
