We wanted to cruise the Hawaiian Islands and heard Norwegian did a great job. The staff and the food in the Skyline dining room was great. Our cabin steward, Andrew was very friendly and accommodating. We also found the rest of the staff on the ship to be very upbeat and friendly. The entertainment was one of the best compared to other cruises we have taken. The only disappointments were the cabin size and the food in the Aloha Café which was fair and often only lukewarm. The service at the pool was poor due to understaffing. We experienced this almost every time we went to the pool. The staff in guest services was excellent in answering questions and helping us with reservations. For the most part the excursions were very good, except too much time was spent at the Aquarium on the "Best of Maui" excursion. We would have liked to spend more time sightseeing. Overall, the cruise was very good!

Cabin OA

The cabin was much smaller than expected and was not the same as the picture. There was very little room between the bed and the wall. This was the smallest cabin we have had on any cruise. Our cabin steward, Andrew, was very friendly and did a great job!
