This was our first cruise with Norwegian. We had seen the ads and wanted to make our own oppinion. While the Sun is an older ship, it had been refurbished last year and the results were quite pleasing. The ships overall apperience was one of a new ship. It has been well maintained and is quite pleasant to cruise on. The air conditioning system was excellent, the lighting and plumbing were great. All of the physical plant made the cruise enjoyable and relaxing. The dining and service was very satisfactory and the bars were great. The shows were all very good and the entertainment was varied. The cruise provided enough obtions as far as times and types of entertainment that the evenings werw always enjoyable. we did not utilize shore excursions as we were just there for relaxation. But we did enjoy Great Stirrup Cay. It was great day in the sun/sea. The emarcation and demarcation went smoothly. We were very satisfied with Norwegian Sun and the NCL. While this was our first cruise with NCL it wont be our last.
