Have traveled on Norwegian in the past. Have to say that my experience on this cruise was definitely disappointing compared to my other cruises with Norwegian.
Some of the employees at the slide and several different bars were very rude and unprofessional to both my daughter and husband.After having this experience, I am now looking for other cruise lines to do business with. I had a room in the Haven suite which was beautiful except for some of our service from our night butler. One night he never picked up our order for breakfast in the morning so our day butler had to go get us breakfast which took awhile. We were late embarking off the ship that day and had to rush to the Dolphin Quest so that my daughter wouldn’t miss her class. The room steward Renaldo was excellent and the day butler was ok. Patrick in the Haven was very accommodating and helpful. He helped us order caviar with our dinner at La Bistro and came to the restaurant to make sure that we received it. Some of the staff in La Bistro didn’t know how to prepare the caviar which we had to do ourselves unlike the other La Bistro ‘s that we have been on in the Dawn and Gem. Our waitress didn’t even know what caviar was which I found was a little shocking for someone who works in a restaurant. The atmosphere was nothing like the other ships. It was very loud and decorated very plain unlike the Gem and Dawn. The service was ok.
