We have cruised on Norwegian 2 other times. We love the packages that are included. We did the Cruise next program too.

While most of the staff on this ship were fabulous, we did encounter more than we ever have before of staff that were not friendly and some that were down right rude. My husband and I like to enjoy the casino at night. Now we are realistic, we know we are eventually going to lose, but as long as we have fun and can play for awhile, we don't mind. Part of that experience is a fun staff of dealers. Well not on this ship. Except for a couple of dealers, the majority on this ship were terrible; they seemed bored or annoyed. No conversation, no playing around and one man was so rude my husband reported him. He ruined our last night. They really need to do some training with that group.

While we were not super fans of the buffet, we loved the specialty restaurants. Le Bistro was perfection. Only flaw is the bowling alley is right over the restaurant. Dumb design.

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MA

While the layout is a bit strange, we loved it. The bathroom is not a separate room. We had a tub/shower combo and the toilet in across the little hall from it - both are enclosed. The sink is in the main area which I thought was strange at first but loved it. I did not have to wait for my husband to finish showering to get ready because the sink, mirror and cabinets were separate. And let me tell you about the storage - I have NEVER seen so much storage. It is the best I have ever seen. The cabin gets an A+.
