My husband and I just finished our 7th cruise--the first one on NCL. From the very beginning the Pride of Aloha was bad. We arrived in our cabin and the shower nozzle was on the floor of the shower. We had to contact Reception to get it fixed. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned. The floor had not been vacuumed. This was noticed in the first 10 minutes of being on board.
The bathroom smelled whenever we got there and just got worse. After about 4 days the situation was fixed. The dining rooms were a joke. It took 1 1/2 - 2 hours to have dinner. The servers didn't check to see if refills were needed for drinks. The food was good but every night you had the same choice with the exception of the Special. No variety.
The buffet on deck 11 was a joke at times--no one seemed to know the time to open. The juice dispenser was out of order whenever we arrived and stayed out of order for several days. The coffee and tea dispensers would run out and no one would bother to refill.
