Cabin: The Haven Deluxe Owner's Suite with Large Balcony

Thought this was going to be a trip of a lifetime! Not so much. The cabin was awesome-as was the butler and steward. Well except for the thermostat. You had to literally reset this every couple of hours. The butler said it was controlled by corporate. Really? We spent a ton of money on this trip, I really wanted it to be special. Not so much. We got the same room service as everyone else. The same treats as everyone else. The food was blah. The Haven was ok for the first day. After that the same menu got really tiring. We ventured out to the other restaurants. Do NOT waste your time at La Cicina. The Taste, Savor and The Manhattan room all have the same menu. I do recommend Cagneys. It made us feel special. Tepenyakis was good except our chef was SICK! Sad the DR. Told him not to sing. He had a few coughing fits but was nice enough to turn his head. We tried the Local. Do NOT think you will get a grilled cheese sandwich here. It’s two pieces of toast with a piece of cold cheese in between. Sorry my husband offered to show the chef how to cook it, but they just kept saying sorry and sent us a bottle of wine. Room service was ok, but everything was cold. I really enjoyed the balcony and the views. Ship was rough the first night, my 27 year old daughter got seasick.

The Haven Deluxe Owner's Suite with Large Balcony

Cabin H2

It was beautiful. The 2nd bedroom was lacking it was a pull out bed and very uncomfortable. She ended up sleeping on the couch most of the trip. One afternoon I went it the living area and found her on the couch and my husband had pulled in one of the chaise lounge cushions and was on the floor! The thermostat was ridiculous, you had to fiddle with it constantly. I was very upset to wake up in the middle of the night sweating!!!
