Very poor experience overall. Starting it all off my baggage "lost" (sitting behind front desk), first customer service agent told me to come back at 6pm and didn't even check, this was at 4pm and we boarded in the morning mind you. The rest of my cabin mates received their luggage between 11a-1pm, and we all placed them in the same a truck. Went back at 5pm, a new customer service agent was there and actually looked for my bag, she quickly found it sitting behind the front desk. Of course all my clothes and sunscreen were in it so I was unable to enjoy the best the day time activities like swimming with my group. Waited at the bar twice for a couple cans of coke for about 30 minutes each time to receive no service. On the third attempt, after about 15 minutes of waiting, we were able to purchase coke cans woohoo! We found a bloody finger print on the counter in our deluxe balcony suite bathroom, likely from a used feminine product or bloody nose from the last passenger, extremely disgusting.. During dinner I ordered a ribeye steak for dinner which cost $19 extra, cut into it and it was literally raw in the middle (asked for medium but will eat rare). Replacement steak came medium-well, shouldn't be that difficult to cook it medium. The icing on the cake was the 4- hours of standing in line to depart the ship because proper procedure wasn't followed and customs weren't cleared at the port it was supposed to be done at. I would not recommend this cruise line to anyone as I've never had a worse cruise experience.
