This was the most disorganized cruise we have ever taken. From embarking to disembarking it was a mess. Service was not the best in most areas and the main dining buffet had the worst layout for flow and not the best food.

The other complimentary restaurants had about the same food as buffet just fewer choices and service was not good there either.

We ate twice at the specialty steak restaurant. The first time was amazing food and service. The second visit we were half finished with our steak before our baked potato/ side made it to the table. Service for drinks was very slow as well. Read more
