We just arrived home this morning after our 7 day cruise to Bermuda. My husband, who is disabled, was made to wait in the terminal for 2 hours before we were permitted to enter the ship. There is no priority boarding for those who are handicapped or for those who are in a mini suite. The only passengers allowed priority boarding were those who were in “the Haven”. There were 4998 passengers on this ship, too many for amount of service staff.

There are 16 elevators on the ship, 8 in the aft and 8 in the front. We waited nearly one hour for an elevator after the life boat drill. One of the officers offered us a drink in the cocktail lounge. He knew this was an impossible situation.

The staff worked very hard to keep everyone happy. This is the reason I did not rate the cruise as terrible.
