We chose this cruise to celebrate folks 50th wedding anniversary! There were 32 in our party! This is NOT a handicap accessible boat! The hallways do not allow for a wheelchair to pass through with changing carts located everywhere. The debarkation and embarkation took the entire day! This boat seems to be understaffed, and the debarkation was if it was it's maiden and final voyage. Lines, everywhere, no staff to be seen. Staff that was visible, were inconsistent in the messages and directions they provided people. They would not allow elevators off on the floor they were instructed to assemble on as that floor was overcrowded with people trying to get off the boat.

An employee hit my Mom's legs in the wheelchair with a cart, and we went to the infirmary to get bandages to stop the bleeding. (My Mom also had complete insurance policy). They said, she needed to come back at 6, and that they would have to get permission to sell her bandages for her legs to stop the bleeding. They said it would be a $60.00 co-pay and each bandage was going to be $12 only if they could get permission. Beyond frustrating!

Dining: Recommend the specialty dining, but book online ahead of time as those restaurants fill up fast. Our favorite was the Teppanyaki where they cook the meal in front of you.

Our cabin steward kept room clean, and we enjoyed the towel art. We traveled with other children who did not have the same experience with the towel art, and were disappointed. Our room received the daily calendar events, but other we were traveling with did not. We were fortunate in our room as some rooms had sewage and water problems.
