I branched out from Royal to give Norwegian a try. I have cruised the last four with Royal and to say it bluntly I will never book with Norwegian. I am not a hard person to please in all reality just want to be able to relax and enjoy my vacation . This was anything but relaxing in fact this was a boring vacation and I could not wait to get off this ship. The positives I will say were our room steward and the embarkation process. The rest will not be put into the positive category. The beds were hard as a piece of plywood even with the "egg crate" on top. My four year old who can sleep pretty much anywhere said she did not get a "good sleep" and her body hurt.

The bathroom was okay on the smaller side but it worked for a shower and a toilet.

The balcony was very nice although we smelt cigarettes and pot being smoked almost every night. Which to each their own but I don't want my child smelling it. Maybe they needed it to fall asleep on those beds.

Cabin was nice average I didn't need anything special in it but the beds were not at all comfortable.
