Embarkation process was very slow, the Lady helping us check in didnt seem to be very knowledgeable on anything i asked. she wasnt too sure of what floor the food was being serviced and just handed me a map and said "it should be on here you can look for it". the ship itself was very nice. the cabin's layout was not very logical. the bathroom was not a separate room and if you want to get dressed you have leave you clothes on the floor because there is no counter behind the counter to lay your clothes on. all the dining experiance we had was TERRIBLE SERVICE. i have been on numerous cruises (with other company's) and have never had such terrible service as i did with Norwegian.teh servers in all dining areas never made eye contact with you and would vanish before you can even ask them for butter (which was not on our table) or ask them for anything. they would take your order and then leave. they were never present for you in case you needed something. we cruise in a party of 12 and everyone in my party had the same experience! TERRIBLE SERVICE. the bar by the pool was VERY UNDERSTAFFED it took me one time 45mins to get a drink. there were no pool attendants walking around getting drink orders. at the pool there was only two bartenders at the bar i remember their names clearly because i received the worst service from them! Edgar and i believe Noely. i asked like three times for a lemon and the flat out ignored me. they took others drink order before mine and i was there for 45mins! i had my uncle and aunt come up to the bar and they aswell made no eye contact and then said " your key card does not work" yet i had saw him take drink orders and not even scan some key cards from other people.

i then had to go all the way down to customer service and come to find out there was nothing wrong with my card at all!!!

the crew members on the ship were not knowledgeable with the ship, they did not know where bathrooms where and also seemed to have difficult with the language barrier.

cabin layout was terrible. there should be a separate bathroom not just a curtain to divide it from the room.
