A $995 Sturhling watch was discounted for $145. Thatsounds terrific; but, when registering with Sturhling after returning home, I learned the watch is sold normally onine for $95; that's a $50 mark-up over retail - not wholesale, and certainly no discount. Both the ship's signage and their employee hawked the watch as 'heavily discounted' for RCI passengers.

Staffing is more focused on operational efficiency than customer service.

Airport RCI transfer when disembarking was 45 minutes longer and $14 more than the inbound taxi a week earlier.
