Cabin: The Haven Spa Suite with Balcony

I feel compelled to write this cruise review to counter some of the negative reviews. A cruise is what you make it and you have to have patience.

I had booked a Spa Mini Suite and bid on a Haven Spa suite. I was fortunate to get the upgrade. It will be hard not cruising in a Haven suite - you do get pampered.

Embarkation just isn’t a pleasant event under any circumstances. It is practicularly challenging for big ships. Port of NY definitely struggles with the 4,000 + passengers trying to board in a short window. We fortunately were afforded the Haven line which expedited the process. The general line was long.... :(

The Haven Spa Suite with Balcony

Cabin H9

The Haven Spa rooms are located off of a key card access hallway on deck 16. Terrific location to access the spa and the main pool area. One short flight of stairs to the Haven area.

The room itself was spacious. Plenty of storage space, large bathroom, good sized balcony. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room - I was well caffeinated throughout the cruise. Jacuzzi tub in room with view of the ocean. Loved our room steward Roberto and Butler Bacgus (sp?).
