We chose this cruise for the value & boarding from Miami where other family members were boarding. We were disappointed in various areas; the size of the bathroom was extremely small, even though we had a balcony, we found the cabin to be small & uncomfortable. The frustration on day #1 of securing a restaurant reservation for the group (6 of us) - we were told by the restaurant reservations desk that EVERYTHING was booked for the week!! This was unacceptable; we had a coupon for two restaurants, but the rest of the group (4) did not, they were ready to pay and drink, so it did not make sense to us - worst of all, when we finally went to the restaurant on our own & were sit within 15 minutes of waiting, we noticed throughout the time we were there tables of 6 available!!?? & we were only able to get our reservation due to the excellent service provided from "Holly" at the Next Cruise, Latitudes Desk; thanks to her, we were able to use our second coupon at Cuccinas, due in large part to her attention (she sent a platter to my sister's cabin), we purchased $1,000 in Cruise Next....We are complainers & pretty much "roll with the punches", but it was my sister's birthday & we wanted to celebrate at one of the specialty restaurants so this was very disappointing...
One last suggestion? MORE SITTING AREAS! We have been on many NCL ships - we found this to be by far the worst as far as this was concerned; DECK 7 had a few lounge chairs, which were quickly snapped up by readers...again, we found this unacceptable for those of us who wanted to "sit around and enjoy each other's company...
Cabin, as mentioned before, had an extremely small bathroom...not comfortable at all.
