First,NCL cruise. We have cruised Disney 5 times, so we have a certain expectation. The getaway was in good shape, the food was decent and the UBP was great. However, the entertainment was ok and they could do a little more with the daily activities. Staff was mostly accommodating and plesant, but some appeared to be just going through the motions. Some bartenders were overwhelmed and just threw together whatever they thought went in the drink. Some we’re very skilled and consistent. The kids enjoyed entourage and said the slides were fun. They weren’t interested in the ropes course or rock climbing wall. I think that area would be better served with another pool. Walked into spice H2O once and left immediately. Not our crowd. Sunset bar was our speed. Shanghai noodles was our favorite and he had the opportunity to sit at the kitchen. The chefs were awesome. Other than expanding the menu a bit, we couldn’t be happier with it. We will do it again, but it took awhile to adjust to freestyle cruising.
I’d avoid this cabin if you enjoy quiet. It’s underne the pool deck and can be quiet loud at times. Between the chairs moving and people running, it can be very loud.
The port is fine. Didn’t care for south Miami at all. Riddled with panhandling homeless.
Very nice facility. Dining and UBP should be apart of the plan.
