This was a round trip cruise to Hawaii. Great itinerary.

PROS We have done 44 cruises and this was the first time I could understand the captain, he was excellent in his reports and explanations. The whole crew was very friendly and helpful. A great attitude by all of them.Probably the best service we ever had. The public areas are well maintained, traditional, and comfortable. Entertainment par to other cruises. Food typical cruise quality and maybe slightly better than Celebrity.

CONS Embarkation in San Pedro was a disaster due to weather. People lined up outside in the pouring rain. Our mini suite balcony was a rusted mess, it was very depressing and we did not use it! Cruise director a shrieking annoyance. Debarkation aimed at getting you out of the cabin, but no off the ship. We were told to meet in the theater at 7:45, sat there for 45 minutes.
