The ship was stunning ! I have sailed on Celebrity before and I think this ships takes all that Celebrity does well...and makes it bigger and better ! Service was excellent in all areas. The artwork and decor was just beautiful. Rooms were "roomy". The Spa was very impressive. There were plenty of chairs at the pool deck. I loved the magic carpet and enjoyed it many times throughout the cruise. They move it to deck 15 on sea days so there is a bar on the upper deck. I liked the smaller dining experience and we opted to try both Tuscan and Normandie. They each have a slightly different nightly offering. The embark and disembark was a breeze - never ever has it been easier. I did download the app and it was convenient to see activities and connect with other cruisers on the messenger app (for free). The cruise ship entertainers were top notch- the dancing and singing were on point and the acrobats were amazing. No, it wasn't motown and showtunes - it was different and I loved it ! My only confusion was with Eden- it's a huge space and it's decor is so tacky - right down to fake plants hanging, ugly carpet and furniture. I think it could have been cool - Rainforest Cafe has a better vibe ! Like many, I just didn't "get" it. Overall it was an excellent experience. I plan to cruise on Edge again.
