We had such a great time on the Viking River Cruise, we wanted to experience an ocean cruise with Viking. We had previously done a ocean cruise with Norwegian Lines and were sadly disappointed. So we were concerned about our up and coming cruise with Viking. But the Viking Cruise was total different experience. We felt that we were treated extremely well by the staff and crew. We enjoyed all the included tours and felt that they were well worth while. Our experience with other line which was quite costly even with the discount was somewhat underwhelming. Not to mention that there we forced to listen to a sales pitch before every tour. We found the Viking tour approach very professional and most in lighting. We also found the handling of passengers disembarking and embarking handled very efficient with the convince of access to port facilities most attractive for those who wish to tour on their own. We enjoyed our cruise so much, we signed up for another in following year.
