Sail Date: Mar 2010
Traveled with children

We went March 13-20, Western Carribean. We went with our 11 year olds, they absolutely loved it!! If you have children this is the cruise for you. If not, you may find it a little busy with kids and college students.

The pros - the room was great, had a balcony with a king bed and bunk beds for the kids. We thought the food was great, and the camp carnival for kids is just wonderful, we hardly saw the kids they went there for supper most nights. The destinations and excursions were also wonderful. Service was also wonderful, we sailed royal caribbean last year and had to fight just to get a drink, on carnival you aren't there more than a minute and someone is coming up to see if you'd like a drink.

Okay for the cons = pool area was way too small for the amount of people, People were saving chairs the night before I think. If you aren't at the pool by 7:30am, your chances for getting a chair are extremely slim. Also line ups for the buffet and grill were a little long.

Cabin Review

Great cabin, we had a balcony, and a king bed with bunk beds. Only problem was we were above the karioke bar and could hear everything. But they were always finished by midnight.
