The professional entertainment in the theatre etc was excellent however the warm-up act for the comedians was poor.
We didn't feel the need to eat in the speciality dining rooms as the quality of the food in the main dining rooms was very good. We mostly ate in Tropicana and our 2 waiters Rayel Benito and Kadek Tirtayasa deserve special mention for their professionalism and friendliness. We would have tried the noodle bar but it was right next to the casino where smoking is allowed and the smoke drifted over.
We had a problem with noise in the cabin; were offered "the only other available one" but we refused it because of its minute balcony; it wasn't until we produced the list of officers' direct phone numbers from the Cruise Critic Roll Call Meet & Greet meeting that we seemed to be taken seriously and were then given an acceptable cabin.

Mini-Suite with Large Balcony
Even though a mini-suite it was smaller than experienced with other cruise lines. Lovely, spacious bathroom

Roatan
Organised our own trip to Infinity Bay resort and had a great there; $20 for a day pass which includes a welcome drink and use of sin loungers. The lunch was excellent and good value for money
Harvest Caye
This was bigger than we expected; lovely pool but crowded. We had to walk to the far end of the beach to find sun loungers
Costa Maya
Did our own excursion to the Chacchoben Mayan ruins via Native Choice which we wold recommend. Our guide Edder was excellent
Cozumel
Cozumel has developed and grown a lot since we were last there and was very busy. We went to the Money Bar following recommendations ($15 taxi each way) which was right on the beach; you can use their sun loungers etc for free as long as you order drinks etc.
