I chose this cruise, as I had been on the Oasis a few years ago and thought it was amazing. I didn't expect that RCL's quality of food and service would have been so disappointing. On the Harmony sailing we were on, we were underwhelmed with the menu food choices and quality (food not always hot, undercooked fish and fatty meats) as well as the inconsistent service in the dining room.

The 2 positive aspects of the ship, were the entertainment, which was terrific, and the junior suite we were in. It was more spacious than i expected. Our cabin was kept spotless, although the one and only time we laid eyes on our cabin steward was when we went looking for her because we had a problem. It was the 1st cruise I have ever been on, where the cabin steward didn't seek us out daily to ask if there was anything we needed.I gave a terrible rating on enrichment activities, because there weren't any. My next cruise will definitely not be with RCL.

Cabin J2

Cabin was beautiful and spacious.

Port Reviews

San Juan

Our port time was very short at this location, so we just decided to take a walk from the ship.
