Sail Date: Dec 2018
Cabin: Edge Veranda Stateroom

The ship is well appointed and beautiful as one would expect from a Celebrity ship but it’s almost as though design may have outdone functionality.

Check-in process was fastest on record with minimal lineups and printed seapass provides direct access to the ship where room keys are waiting for you at your stateroom. Disembarkation process was super easy.

Elevators are larger and seem to be faster than those on Solstice class ships.

Cabin Review

Edge Veranda Stateroom

Cabin E1

The cabin was narrower than we anticipated it would be. The bathroom, shower and sink were significantly bigger than those found on Solstice class ships. The infinite Veranda is a glorified window at best, you loose the ability to open the window during rough sea conditions as the captain has the ability to lock it shut and override your ability to open, in addition the A/C goes into green mode and essentially shuts off when the window is opened. There ample/well thought out storage space. A full size flat screen is positioned across the bed but cannot be repositioned to face the sofa.
