We chose this cruise because it was in Tampa and we have enjoyed past cruises on Royal Carribean. They were not forthcoming with basic information. The crew was not as friendly as past cruises. The noise over the balcony was upsetting. The whole point of having a cabin with a balcony is so you can relax on it and enjoy the peaceful ocean. The coffee and hot water for tea was constantly empty. They ran out of clean cups. The milk and half and half kept running out and it seemed no one bothered to replace them unless you asked several times. The entertainment was just so so. The food in the main dining room was good as was the service at dinner. The tables were to close together. Key West was very nice Couzemel was just a tourist trap. When we got home we were charged for an item that was not ours. Still waiting for credit. We will not be cruising with RC again.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite Accessible

Cabin J3

The cabin was very nice and spacious. However, the deck above was Rita's Cantina and all we heard was chairs scraping against the tile floor. It was terrible. When I complained to Guest Services I was offered 20% off on a future cruise, which we found insulting. Finally they gave us a credit of $200 onboard credit. Royal Carribean is terrible. They have made it all about getting all the money they can out if you. The coffee and hot water was constantly running out as were clean cups. We ordered room service one morning our order was incorrect and what we did get was not good. We had breakfast in the main dining room that was terrible. We tried the Windjammer and we couldn't even get a made to order omelet. The crew seems to be just going thru the motions. The tables at the Windjammer were not cleaned in a timely manner. We were very disappointed in the entire cruise. This was my 9th cruise so I know what to expect.
