We had been on the Allure 5 years ago and liked it. This time, however, we did not realize that we would have to sign up for most of the shows before we even left home. As a result, we saw 2 shows both of which were excellent. (Mama Mia and Earl Turner) There was little else to do except trivia and bingo. The service in the Dining room was excellent with Michael and Patrice. The service in the Windjammer was not so good with tables not being bussed very quickly. The room was clean and ha, for 2 people, lots of closet and shelf space. We have been to these ports numerous times so we do not take ship excursions, rather arrange our own or, as we did in Costa Maya, take a bur or tram to the beach. We had a family with children next door to us and we never heard a peep from them. Lots of small children on this cruise and most were very well behaved. It was cold so there was always lounges available by the pools. Way to many stores crammed into the spaces on the ship for our liking. Sorrentos make good pizza and Cafe Promenade had a decent selection of cookies and desserts. All in all it was a good cruise but we probably will go on smaller ships in the future.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 6D

Clean, good size. Had to ask for extra padding for the rock hard bed but the room attendant accommodated us. Even with a family next door it was very quiet. Sufficient storage space for 2 people if you did not over pack.
