While the observation deck on this ship was wonderful, it is not their best ship. The observation deck was on Deck 15 and very nice. You could lay there in comfortable lounges to read a book, what the views leaving the port or what ever suited you. It was quiet and clean. The entertainment staff on this ship was EXCEPTIONAL! A lot fun, laughter, and friendly people! Cagney's steakhouse had awesome food! The ribeye is the best I have had in a long time. This ship has an adults only pool (no offense to anyone) which I thought was GREAT!

The cabins are normal size, we had a balcony, but seemed to have more storage then on other ships. Our room steward was nice and friendly but we had to continually ask for towels. The pool waiters were rude and slow. Some of the staff all over the ship were not very friendly at all. Especially in the Manhattan restaurant. The food was very good, when it was finally served to you. The NCL app is worthless. Worked once the entire 7 day cruise. A lot of passengers had the same issue. The bottle water policy is the worst. They only give you one liter bottles that barely fit in the frig.

This ship was totally understaffed. It was a pretty ship but I stil think the best ship is the Getaway.
