Wanted to see the Samoa Islands and the French Polynesia islands. The exit to the Club Fusion Lounge were blocked by Bingo sign ups and people could not exit Club Fusion. Bad set up! Also using the Piazza for events is totally unacceptable. People standing on all levels of the stairways make it so unsafe If just one person missteps, they would take down dozens of others. The Piazza is just way too small for events. No seating and folks using the stairs to watch. There was only one Emergency Drill before we left port. Unorganized by crew. Lifejackets were not worn and guests took much too long to assemble. The very large scooters drove way to fast on the passage ways on the Promenade Deck. Since many areas are blocked by selling merchandise, people walking, scooters, walkers for handicapped folks, etc. all trying to maneuver around all the merchandise displays and tables. AGAIN UNSAFE!!! We are Platinum Members and would like to see these areas of unsafe conditions remedied. Would appreciate a feedback from Princess executives. Thank you!!

Our cabin needed to be refreshed. Cracked lampshades, chips on furniture, leather on chairs ripped, carpet worn and dirty looking..
