This cruise was a deal too good to refuse, and although our 34th cruise, only our 2nd Carnival. Bright spots: Great crew, excellent service in the cabins and dining venues, clean well-appointed cabin, and surprisingly good food with a broad menu.. BUT the ship is tired, with worn carpet, worn upholstery in lounges, peeling paint and some rust. The production show crew was only fair with 2-3 good signers and more pretty bad ones. I did not at all care for the cruise directors sarcasm before the start of each show. The Lido banquet line is ridiculous! most ships have stations to breakfast and lunch rather than long, very long lines going past every choice. Finally, hot tubs on the promenade deck 5 right outside one of the pre dinner entertainment venues created wind tunnels every time someone opened the door.

Good cabin, good food, good menu, good service, but I wouldn't take it again.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View

Cabin 6L

Nice window, 2 bathrooms, couch, good tv, make up mirrors, more than ample storage, uncluttered fridge, very limited outlets, but few ships have many outlets. Good bed
