We embarked on a Mexican Riviera cruise, looking forward to being on a new ship (and our first time on Norwegian). Had a balcony cabin and found closet space to be terribly lacking and there was no dressing area. But the bathroom was outstanding. The photo program was terrible but the unlimited email/social media package was very good. Food in the Garden Cafe (buffet) was good, not great but good. Food in at Savor and The Manhatten was also good (consistently so) but service was inconsistent. Teppanyaki was awesome and well worth the extra charge. The teppanyaki chefs were very good. Our biggest complaint was that a lot of off-color and inappropriate (for children) entertainment was held at open venues: the main swimming pool (next to the children's pool area) and the Atrium on deck 5. Such entertainment should have been in enclosed venues such as The Social or The Caverns. Our cabin steward, Jeff, was very good, leaving a great towel sculpture each evening. Would my wife and I sail on Norwegian again: NO!

Balcony Stateroom

Bathroom was outstanding but out weighed by terribly insufficient closet space and lack of dressing area.
