Although we understood that weather kept us from docking in Stockholm, one the main reasons for taking this cruise, we were disappointed that there were no efforts to make up for the loss of the stop. We attempted to request some internet time in recompense but were refused. It would have been nice if there had been offers of discounts in the specialty restaurants or discounts on shopping on board.
The worst thing though is that we booked a Copenhagen bus and harbor tour leaving from the ship and arriving at the airport where our flight was scheduled to leave. Our luggage (2 large suitcases and 2 carry on suitcases) were loaded onto the bus at the dock. We proceeded on a nice tour of Copenhagen. On the way to the airport there were two stops to let passengers off (the Scandic Hotel and "City Center") where passengers left the bus and picked up their luggage outside of the bus;. We proceeded to the airport where, upon leaving the bus to gather our luggage, we discovered that one of the large suitcases was missing! The bus driver reexamined the bus' hold which was empty and he took off. The tour guide too left quickly. There was an NCL representative meeting the bus. He was rather flustered, contacted his supervisor and proceeded to complete a "lost luggage" form of which we have a copy. He then instructed us to meet him at the information booth in the terminal in 45 minutes where he would update us on the situation. We waited 4 hours until our flight was getting ready to leave without any word from the young man. We left Copenhagen to continue our trip. As of this day 10/3/18, we have not heard a single word from Norwegian Cruise Lines about the lost luggage. We have tried contacting NCL to get through to someone for assistance without success.
Cabin was pleasant....more electrical outlets would be nice
A nice walk
Fun to walk through the old part of town
