We embarked in Warnemunde Germany on September 15 and should have disembarked there on September 24. However, at approximately 11 AM on September 22 we were informed that we had to leave the ship in Copenhagen on September 23. A mad scramble issued to make new travel arrangements. Only 5 computers and 5 phone lines were supplied to make these arrangements. If you used the ships WiFi or your room phone you were charged. The waiting line to access these supplied computers and phones took about 2.5 hours. That is the only support offered by Norwegian. Great way to spend you day at sea. They offered up to $300 to compensated for travel arrangement, but you have to submit your receipts to them. So more wasted time doing that. They should just give you the $300 and be done with it! We spent the day in Copenhagen and rented a hotel room (expensive). The ship happily staid in port and was still there the next day as we headed out to the airport. Friends of ours who used a bus to travel back to Germany said that a fleet of luxury buses arrive at the cruise ship having transported the new Germany passenger. It seems that since they had gotten our money already we didn't deserve arranged transportation. It's all about the money I guess. This was my first trip on Norwegian. I've cruised we Princess, Holland American and Viking before and they were all much superior. Needless to say that I will never cruise with Norwegian again.
