I'm from Florida. The embarkation and disembarkation was lengthy and confused. The ship was not as clean as one would expect. The cabin linen looked used and poorly cared for. The staff was never pleasant and seem angry most of the time.

The main dining room was a joke. The soup tasted like it came from a can. The lobster was grey and rubbery. The lava cake was passable. The food in the buffet was inedible most of the time. The servers portioned out small amounts of beef and turkey. The desserts were amateurish at best. Guy's Burgers and the Pig and Anchor were horrifically bad. People threw away most of the Pig and Anchor food - it was that bad.

The entertainment, which used to be passable, was reduced to a single guy playing a guitar too loud. The shows were just as bad.

Reminded me of a cheap motel room. Everything was old and worn. The noise was insufferable.
