He gave exceptional care to the needs of our suite and was very informative with information and directions. Claudia Chavarria, staff member on the Lido deck, was kind, informative and very alert to be as helpful as she could be in directing us to the different delicates that the ship has to offer. On her time off, she went off ship and took the time to look for some prune juice for me and saw me the next morning to tell me she thought about me. Now that's customer service beyond the call of duty. Randy ( from the Philippines ) assigned to the Lido deck pool area, was kind and very informative about some excursions and the entertainment on the ship. Even the nursing staff was very sensitive and caring to my wife after she had fell when it started raining waiting in line on the lido deck getting breakfast. Overall, exceptional and highly recommended.
