We were wowed by almost every aspect of this cruise. It was better than we expected. We did miss cruising by the glacier and went straight to Juneau due to a medical emergency with a passenger on the ship. We understand Norwegian couldn't help this. They had to do the right thing for the passenger.

Disembarkation was another story. We were called to disembark but there were already 100's of people in line. We couldn't even get off the elevator on Deck 7. There was no organization. We ended up standing in line, winding around the ship for over an hour. There wasn't any need for this.

We would definitely go again. We wouldn't buy the dining package. It wasn't worth it. The restaurant prices didn't add up to what the package cost.

No doubt the cabin is small but it's very manageable. Just keep everything put in it's place and you'll be fine.
