I went with my mother who is in her 80s and we wanted to end up in her childhood home of Berlin, so the Viking Elbe cruise was perfect for us. This was a lovely way to travel in comfort, style and luxury! The food was absolutely phenomenal! Everything was taken care of and planned for us. We met so many wonderful people, some of whom we are still in touch with over a year later! It was relaxing and we saw more of the cities with Viking than we would have been able to do on our own. The excursions were well thought of and planned to perfection. The guides were all very knowledgeable and personable. We were provided maps and other information so we could do a lot on our own in the cities that we were docked at as well. We extended our stay in Berlin and it was a marvelous time and we have such great memories of our lovely vacation.
