We liked the destination and itinerary plus our previous experience of Emerald service left us wanting more. The crew were all excellent at their jobs and went out of their way to accommodate all requests. The cabin was cleaned promptly each morning and evening with the minimum of fuss or inconvenience to us. The Cruise Director was extremely knowledgeable on all matters regarding the destinations we visited and always presented a pleasant happy manner throughout our cruise. The food was excellent in particular the evening meals with a good choice of dishes all accompanied by a good choice of wine.The service could not be faulted very efficient and timely. The onboard entertainment is what you would have expected but the pianist did try to accommodate most musical requests. The choice of excursions was okay at best, with very knowledgeable guides providing commentary. Overall an excellent experience at a reasonable cost.
