We sailed the getaway sept 9th. We came in a day early. Boarding was easy, not as energetic at previous ships I have been on but good. Ship was clean, food was good, weather was great. The staff was minimal with interactions throughout. Our room was great; Rofu was amazing. Enrique the bartender at the atrium was fantastic along with Stacey at the sunset bar. The rest of the staff really just did what was asked and only spoke when spoken to. One guest had a blue tooth speaker playing music in the dining room. When we mentioned it to the management they just showed little interest in stopping the disturbance. ..wished staff gave us suggestions on safety. Cozumel was borderline dangerous outside of the shopping mall. A brief talk about excursion expectations. One excursion Chevito with the buggy snorkel tour was overly pushy in regards to his tips. Almost demanded then became rude when tip didn’t meet expectations. The Mayan ruin tour was amazing along with the staff from jolley roger.
