The staff on board will exceed your expectations and wow you for every second you are aboard.

We were concerned when we booked. Getting help from NCL over the phone was painful. We had help with an outside travel agent who really did the heavy lifting on planning this trip...unfortunately after we booked directly with Norwegian.

The staff decorated our room with happy Birthday favors and had a delicious birthday cake upon arrival. 3 bottles of liquor and 2 bottles of Moet! Stocked fridge w water and soda...all complimentary. It was amazing.
