NCL is our only cruise line we have been on 8 cruises with them. This most recent cruise was the lowest quality out of all the others. It was unfortunate that there were so many low quality things that happened. We had two other couples with us as well and they experienced the same issues. This is definitely not the norm. There were plenty of nice and hard working employees on the ship but the bad ones stand out.

First our room Stewart was horrible. The balcony was filthy from the day we got on till the day we got off. The same drink cup, cherry stem and what looked like dried blood on the floor. The toilet smelled of urine the entire cruise, She never cleaned around the coffee maker and we had to bed for more coffee and sugar daily. The bed was the worst we ever stayed on. The shower door fell off on my wife's foot and I had to call security to unlock the safe 3 times, finally stopped using it.
