We did 4 previous Viking cruises. The Into the Midnight Sun last year was outstanding. By that standard, this cruise was very good. The ships staff were excellent. The food and service were very good but not as excellent as the previous cruise. The train. Trip to Berlin was a bad experience, the train trip was too long in a coach with no air conditioning and no window curtains. The temperature was in the high 30s C. A train trip of this length is too long for a half day in Berlin.

Dining at thr. restaurant, Manfredi’s and the world cafe was always superior. The other dining venues was OK.

Our cabin PVR 6077 was the exact same as our previous Viking cruise, it’s location was excellent and very handy to the. World cafe, elevators, the laundry and to view scenery and ports. The cabin was large with many nice amenities. We asked for it as we were so happy with the same cabin on our previous cruise.

Cabin Review

Cabin PVR

We had the same cabin on our previous cruise on the Viking Star. This cabin was very nice. We were fully satisfied.
