Cabin: Outside Stateroom with French Balcony
I had been wanting to do this cruise for about 10 years! Avalon hit all the spots I wanted to do, and then some! The boat was so nice, the room - very roomy! The excursions were all well guided with whisper headsets so you don't miss a thing the guide says, even if you want to linger for a photo as they move on. The crew aboard were all visible - you felt like you knew them all. Professional and courteous! We also go to know SO many of the passengers, it was a small friendly group of passengers!
Usually I am ready to get off the cruise when it is done; but this time, I could have stayed on and done it all over again!
It is a pricey trip, but it includes excursions & all delicious meals daily! Well worth it for a special occasion!

Outside Stateroom with French Balcony

Room was lovely! Loved the feel of opening the triple slider and having the entire room turn into a balcony! I traveled with my grown daughter so we had the beds split... In hindsight, we would have just left them together as the room would have been roomier to walk in. There was plenty of storage room to unpack for the week and the luggage fit easily under the beds to be out of the way! Also, lovely L'Occitane products provided!
