I chose the Oceana for an upscale cruise I had penthouse Suite 8059 and butler service I thought the room was absolutely filthy they even put a napkin a linen napkin down on each side of the bed thinking that’s where your slippers would go no it’s because the carpet was so filthy my feet were black The chairs at my dining room table the fabric was absolutely filthy I’m sure 15 years ago that’s must’ve been beautiful but the where and tear on it definitely needs renovation On the flight up a woman told me that her friend just got insignia and it was a big disappointment because it was filthy and I thought maybe she just always had a problem with things but no she was right I did not complain but I just want to say that did not help anybody else after which I told the butler that I’ll give him a nice survey but it’s not helping any other passengers on other cruises The food was excellent and the service and some departments was actually wonderful the pool deck boys were terrible they were nasty some of the help wanted to Please and others were just Nasty I know some passengers can be horrible nasty and rude I don’t understand how people can treat help in such a bad way Over all food was delicious entertainment stunk service was just OK and the ship is absolutely filthy

Butler and Stewart’s were very nice but the room was absolutely filthy the carpets and chairs..When I got the butler service they told me they would unpack me they brought me hangers for me to hang up everything myself which that’s included in having a butler packing and unpacking.. not a big deal for me to do it myself but we were leaving for two other trips after this trip no need to explain not right
