The food was much better than expected. My last cruise, the food in the dining room was not good at all and very small portions. This time, the food was very good, and very fulfilling. Most of the staff that we interacted with new us by name. They remembered our names right after meeting us.
The dining staff was friendly and never seemed bothered if we wanted to change our order. The Lido deck entertainment was great. The bars on the deck made our drinks and got them to us in timely manner. They all tasted great. There were several restuarants to choose from. Guys burgers were awesome.
The workers at Guest services were patient and always willing to help. I did have concern about the gratutity. There's a $52.00 gratutity for each person in your cabin that you are not told about. I had to hear from someone on the cruise ship. That was my "major" problem, but I got it worked out through Guess services. Another issues, but not a big one, is the number of television channels. They need more variety. I wanted to relax in my cabin at one point, but the televsion channel was limited.
Of course the cabin is not huge, but for 4 people, I was impressed at how well it worked out. The staff did a great job at keeping the rooms clean and was always willing to assist with our needs.
