We decided to take this cruise primarily for the Southern Caribbean itinerary. We knew we would almost be guaranteed good, hot weather and we were right. The weather was great. We did not do any pre or post cruise stay in San Juan. We arrived on a direct flight the day of departure, took a taxi to the pier and boarded the ship very easily. The ship appeared clean and ready for this sailing. Upon arrival to our stateroom, we found a note for the shore excursion we booked online for the next day was cancelled. Fortunately we had a back up plan. We enjoyed all of the ports that we visited and primarily went to the beach independently in Tortola, St. Maarten, St Lucia, Barbados and Aruba. We booked only one of the ship's shore excursions in Curacao. We made arrangements online with one independent tour guide in Grenada. The food in the dining room was very good. We received excellent service from the waiters and our stateroom attendants. All of our encounters with the staff on this ship were pleasant, friendly and helpful. We saw many instances were the staff went the extra mile to assist passengers. The comedian's show and the piano player's show were very good. The young lady who sings in the martini bar has a beautiful voice. Were happy we choose to sail with Celebrity again and will be looking for another Celebrity cruise to take in the future.
