THE UGLY: I would first say that you should not book PRE or POST hotel via the cruise line. They put us up at the Park Inn by Radisson, which they referred to as a resort, well I guess they have never tour this hotel. It is a run down, filthy, unsafe place that has a staff that could care less. And after a wonderful week on a cruise ship we had to stay here again. When we got off the ship at about 9am we where shuttled back to the same hotel, who refused to check us in until after 4:30pm because there check in time was 4pm. while waiting in there lobby we were told we could not use there pool, or internet cause we were not officially guest, and having no place to put our luggage we were stuck in there lobby until checked in.

THE BAD: 2 of the 3 excursions were a waste of time. The Labadee Jet Ski is for beginners only they don't have it grouped experience riders and I spent most of my time waiting on the group and being told to shut my Jet ski off. Falmouth Jamaica was even worse, most of the time was spend just waiting on guides to take us to another line. meeting time was 1045am waited in covered area with a 500 other people and when you ask were you need to go, some one would tell you they will call your group soon. Left meeting area (on a different bus then our group) just before 12 NOON. was taken to the CHUKKA facility to go zip lining, rafting, lunch and swimming. The guides on the zip line and tubing were rude to most our group. lunch was underwhelming and I left hungry, and didn't have time to go swimming because of there disorganization . Each of these guides emphasized tipping and to be honest I didn't tip them. I did make sure the lady who was keeping the bathroom clean was tipped because she took pride in making sure they were very nice.

THE GOOD: let just go to the GGGREAT

Cabin Review

Crown Loft Suite with Balcony

Cabin L1

We booked a Jr suite, and were offered an upgrade for $950. (and although I found out later I could have offered less) the room itself was worth every penny of it. What made it even better was our cabin steward "Derry" and the other perks that come with "Sky Class Suite status.

After reading other reviews on this cabin I was really worried about the noise from the sports deck, but I must say it was not an issue at all ( and let me tell you I am one of those people that get bothered from external noises).
