We are first time cruises, so maybe not the right ones to judge, however I felt we had really hit it lucky. Jewel is not too big or too small. The ship is spotless and almost all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Our room was 4530 ocean view family, a bit small when we were all in together but perfectly adequate.. our room attendant was fantastic and our funny towels at the end of each day was special. He was always friendly and helpful.

Another mention is the amazing entertainment staff. Josh what would it have been without you???? You bring the ship to life and had us in stitches every day. Another shout out to mona from lattitudes who was exceptional in her service, always with a friendly greeting and remembered exactly what you liked.
